Cassia Nature ships throughout Europe and to most countries worldwide.
Please note that we may be unable to ship to certain countries due to local regulations, customs restrictions, carrier limitations, or other legal requirements.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high demand, promotional campaigns, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and should be considered as guidelines only.
Cassia Nature cannot guarantee delivery dates, as delays may occur due to:

7. Failed Deliveries
If a package is returned to Cassia Nature because:
- the delivery address provided was incorrect;
- the parcel was unclaimed;
- customs charges were refused;
- delivery could not be completed due to customer-related reasons,
the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs and any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
9. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend that you:
- Photograph the package before opening it.
- Photograph any damaged products.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and photographs so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
10. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.
Cassia Nature is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.
